Many businesses fail to take a key thing into account when developing and maintaining their websites: Accessibility for handicapped people.

There are more than 200 million active websites as of 2022. All websites that do business in the United States are legally required to provide WCAG 2.1 which covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible.

ADA is an acronym for American’s With Disability Act and WCAG, Website Content Accessibility Guidance.

ADA compliant websites must be free of barriers that would make it difficult or impossible for people with disabilities to use them.  If a website is inaccessible, it can lead to many problems for the business.  And, if a plaintiff sues over an issue, there no requirement to notify the business of the problem, or give time to correct it. In 2020 alone there were more than 10,000 lawsuits.

While accessibility challenges aren’t new - websites have long been difficult to use for those with certain disabilities - a number of recent court cases have pushed the issue into the limelight and highlighted its importance.

Who We Are
H & H Media Group is a digital marketing agency with all necessary skills, expertise, and solutions to render your websites ADA Accessible and Search Engine friendly.  We do this without making changes to your website content.
What We Do
We enable businesses to make their websites and blogs become ADA accessible.  This could save thousands of dollars in lawsuits.  It also makes your site much more visible and search engine friendly to bring in more targeted traffic.
To do this, we have an inexpensive way to make it easy for most handicapped individuals to use your site AS IS. We call it the ADA Widget.  We provide you with software that makes your site accessible and anyone who might think about suing you will likely be turned away.  And it can be installed in a few minutes!

Instead of crawling through the code in your site(s), installing our Widget takes care of the problems. Anyone seeing your site will see it is compliant and go on to find another victim.

And, obviously, we cannot, and do not, guarantee that you will not be sued. No one can do that.

What you are doing is helping the handicapped access your site while potentially warding off those who would take advantage of you, all the while increasing SEO performance.  We make the site accessible without the heavy expense of compliance.
It doesn't matter how large, or small, your site is.  Once the Widget is installed, you are safer and more accessible than you were the day before.  And, your sales will probably go up because you are handicap accessible and your competition is not!
See that little blue handicap symbol on the right side of the screen?  Click on it and you will see what we are providing.  Each one of the icons does a different compliance task.  Click on the cursor icon and then move your mouse around the page.   The cursor is larger, and it can be even bigger by clicking the icon again.  Another click restores its back to the original.  Try them all.  And, finally, click on the blue icon again to close the box.  I'm sure you can see just how helpful this is to the handicapped community. I use it myself.
In this COVID-19 world, online ordering is increasing at a phenomenal rate.  The handicapped buy online just like everyone else.  Your site will be more navigable, more profitable.  If you ever thought that the blind, deaf, and physically challenged don’t use the internet, or shop online just like you do, then you need to have a bit of a RE-THINK!
The Centers for Disease Control says that some 61 million people, or a quarter of the adult American population, live with a disability.  These folks are a market bigger than China! The Disability Market influences over $13 trillion in annual disposable income. That is too big a market segment to ignore. And the favorable customer word-of-mouth spread to friends and acquaintances about your accessible site is invaluable.  Lastly, being accessible improves your SEO (search engine performance) and ranking.
The ADA Accessibility Widget gives you an easy ‘Foot In The Door’ into this multi-billion dollar disability market!
